Lora led the cast of Late Night at the Mad Lion Studios as Grace in its world premiere staged reading produced by Theatre Write Now at the East Village Basement. The play was written by Nell Quinn-Gibney and directed by Michael Tricca.

"It is 10:30 pm on July 1st, 1934 - the same day that the Production Code Association was formed to enforce the draconian censorship of the Hay's Code - and a pair of screenwriters struggles to finish their script by the midnight deadline. Late Night at the Mad Lion Studios is a fast-paced screwball comedy about the making of a screwball comedy, on the eve of a decision that had decades-long consequences on Hollywood.

Having loved the story as a kid, she had a blast bringing the musical to life with the talented Millbrook Youth Ensemble. Lora was excited to take part in The Drama Company's 'Comeback Cabaret' series at Don't Tell Mama's in Midtown Manhattan, hosted by Sara Laursen. While she had previously been to Don't Tell Mama's as a guest, this was her first time as a performer, and she had a blast singing a favorite of hers: "What More Do I Need?" from Stephen Sondheim's Saturday Night.

Super Secret Arts Cabaret

Lora was ecstatic to be making her NYC debut in Super Secret Art's weekly cabaret in Gowanus, Brooklyn, hosted by Jake McKenna with musical direction by Toby Singer. This gorgeous loft space offered great acoustics and a cozy setting to sing two songs she loves: "I Don't Know What I'd Do" from A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder and "Room" by Shaina Taub.
